Honey Porter

This beer turned out being my dad's favorite beer we've made. It's a dark beer with a nice sweet honey finish. Next time we'll probably add a little honey malt and maybe another 1/2 lb of honey. When we made this we used orange blossom honey, definitely not the stuff we were hoping to use, but it's all we could find. Batch still turned out tasting fantastic!
