double racking

we did some double racking yesterday. racked 10 gallons of brewyah stout from secondary to kegs. we also taste tested it, had a dry finish and bitchin flavor. we then racked the broadzilla returns from primary to secondary. we also tasted this one. the beer itself looks fucked up, but it tasted great. it had a great malt flavor followed by a delayed but intense hop bitterness that kicks you in the throat. we also broke down 1 lb of cascade leaf hops into 2oz ziplock/freezer vacuum sealed baggies. first things first, we cracked open the amber. this beer won't last long. its delicious. color looks great.

1 lb of cascade leaf hops, 8.7% AA
