Broadzilla Returns

we had a huge brew session last night. we brewed up 10 gallons of Broadzilla, making a few changes (s05 yeast, maris otter, subbed 1st and 2nd cascade for centennial, and added 2 extra ounces of centennial. we taste tested before pitching yeast, it had a sweet and insanely bitter flavor. were hoping it will strip enamel from your teeth. made a new hop sack, it worked pretty well but the stainless clamp fell off right before chilling, causing a few hops to spill out. we racked the stout to secondary which had a gravity reading of 1.016. kris racked his amber to a keg. we polished off the dunkillmaker and put the amber on the gas. and we ordered some new gadgets from northernbrewer (bremometer, mash paddle, hops, tubing, etc...)
