brewing the saftey champ II

brewed up a 10 gal batch of amber ale tonight. calling it amber scII, the saftey champ returns! we ended up with an OG of 1.060. we also finished off the nessie pale ale and put the honey danger porter on some gas. all in all we had a great brew night.

10 gal mash


21 lbs of grain, 8 gallons of water.
