brewed up sake berrill yesterday. ended up with an og brix of 13. also fitted the keezer with some new custom berrillmaker tap handles and magnets.

I made labels for beer I gave my dad's for father's day again this year, pretty much says it all...

and these fine items showed up on my doorstep today courtesy of High Gravity Homebrewing as a prize for the label design contest...not too shabby.

• 3/4 Cup Vegetable oil
• 4 Teaspoons White Vinegar
• 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• 3 Cups All purpose flour
• 2 Cups Granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 oz Princess Cupcake Oatmeal Stout
  
• 1 1/2 Cups Water

preheat oven to 350f. combine oil, vinegar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. combine dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. add oil mixture into dry ingredients and mix on low-med speed with electric mixer. slowly add water and beer to form batter. let rest 15min. spray cupcake wrappers with cooking spray and fill 3/4 with batter. bake for 20-25min. makes approx 30 cupcakes.
