Princess Cupcake's Oatmeal Stout Cupcakes
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable oil
- 4 Teaspoons White Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 Cups All purpose flour
- 2 Cups Granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 oz Princess Cupcake Oatmeal Stout
- 1 1/2 Cups Water
preheat oven to 350f. combine oil, vinegar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. combine dry ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. add oil mixture into dry ingredients and mix on low-med speed with electric mixer. slowly add water and beer to form batter. let rest 15min. spray cupcake wrappers with cooking spray and fill 3/4 with batter. bake for 20-25min. makes approx 30 cupcakes.
