pale ale
we brewed up a columbus pale ale this past weekend. we hit our estimated og spot on at 1.048. it should be a nice session beer. i also helped pops make a 10 gallon fruit wheat. note to self, 20 gallon brew days are brutal. sorry no pics this time.
columbus pale ale:
- 18 lbs 2-row
- 2 lbs cara-munich
- 2oz nugget @ 60
- 2 oz columbus @ 5
- 2 oz columbus @ 0
- 2 oz columbus @ dry 7 days
- mash @ 152
