Toast the unsweetened coconut flakes on a cookie sheet for 15 min @ 325, until edges are golden brown. Add 4oz to last 2 mins of boil. Later, add 8oz of toasted flakes to secondary, as if dry-hopping. Mash schedule: 154° - 60 mins 170° - 10 mins |
