racking

last night we racked the chocolate coconut porter to a keg.

then racked the drunkin pumpkin ale to secondary.

leftovers from the pumpkin's secondary.

we were going to leave the porter on standby in a keg, but we coincidentally killed off the amber ale keg a little later.

the chocolate coconut porter has now taken home in the keezer and should be ready to drink in about a week. for now, were calling it "swayze". we were trying to decide between a few different names, but will make an official decision when its ready. the runners up:
"crazy for swayze" chocolate coconut porter
"im not johnny utah" chocolate coconut porter
"nobody puts porter in the corner"
"aloha bodhi" porter
