Boneless Kabocha

It's been a while. We brewed up a pumpkin ale today. Mashed with 5 lbs of seasoned and roasted pumpkin. We somehow were super efficient and hit an OG of 1.064, est 1.054.

Planning on adding a small amount of vanilla extract in secondary or when kegging.
