blake was in town yesterday and kept asking if we could brew some beer. we headed off to the nut, picked up the goods, hit up the beer store for a couple growlers (jalapeno cream / full suspension) and got to work. mashed spot on at 153 and ended up with an og of 14 brix - 1.057

tapped out the cherry stout and hefe today, put the bender on gas and the oatmeal stout back on tap. up next: irish draft ale, irish blond ale, beers of war, Beehive Brewoff 2 competition, bottle the Diplominator...so much work to do...

also, check it- the finished bottles for the cherry beast.

racked

racked the orange pale ale to kegs and put it on the gas last night. the trub looked crazy, white and green nastiness, probably from all the orange peel, but it smelled delicious. can't wait to tap this one.
